[Seasonal Sweet Buffet] Taste Hiroshima Apples and Autumn Fruit
Starting from October 21, 2023, and available only on weekends and holidays, Hotel Granvia Hiroshima is serving a seasonal Takano Apple and Autumn Fruit dessert buffet.
Takano Apples are known in Japan as a specialty of Takano-cho in Shobara, Hiroshima. While you can find these apples at roadside stations during apple season, locals consider them hard to find and sometimes even call them the phantom apples.
Takano apples are elusive because their production is limited, and their growers are committed to having them ripen on the tree and to distributing them directly. However, thanks to a transportation route using a mixed passenger-freight bus system coordinated by JR West Japan Group, Hotel Granvia Hiroshima is now serving a dessert buffet centered on Takano Apples.
Designed so you can savor the season, the Takano Apple and Autumn Fruit dessert buffet offers 20 types of sweets and 7 savory food items. Make reservations because it’s only available for 14 days!
The Takano Apple and Autumn Fruit dessert buffet is being held from October 21, 2023, to November 26, 2023, exclusively on weekends and holidays. It will be served from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the second floor of Hotel Granvia Hiroshima at Café & Buffet Dish Parade.
Pricing:
- Adults: 3,800 yen
