Renowned calligrapher Souun Takeda, known for crafting numerous inscriptions and appearing on television, will showcase his new works at “Souun Takeda Exhibition: New Horizons” at Hiroshima Mitsukoshi from December 13 to 25, 2023. (You may want to use an extension to translate pages in Japanese.)

The exhibition will feature over 100 pieces, including works using blue ink, indigo-dyed washi paper, Echizen washi paper, collaborative pieces combining calligraphy and gold, and contemporary art. Also, Souun Takeda is scheduled to make appearances and perform live.

- Exhibition Period: December 13 to 25, 2023, until 7:00 p.m.
- Appearances by Souun Takeda: December 13, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24
- Live Performances: December 16 and 23, each day at 2:00 p.m.
