Elegant New Year’s Countdown Party at Hotel Granvia Okayama
Hotel Granvia Okayama is hosting not one, but two (!) countdown parties to ring in the New Year.
The first will be held in the first floor lobby; 500 balloons will be dropped from above at midnight, and free champagne service to toast in the New Year will be provided. This event will be held from 23:30 to 24:30. This party is free-of-charge to attend.

The second party will be held on the 19th floor in the Applause Lounge. Here, guests can enjoy a live jazz performance, and will be able to greet the New Year with a champagne toast. Complimentary champagne will be provided for guests by the hotel. This event will be held from 23:00 to 24:30; but guests wishing to stay longer may do so free-of-charge. Admission to the lounge is 4,000 yen per person, but guests at the hotel may join free-of-charge. Reservations are recommended.
