The 31st Special Exhibition: The Imperial Japanese Navy and Aircraft Carriers
This is a special exhibition at the Kure Yamato Museum with an audio guide in English.
Aircraft carriers, which can be called “moving airfields,” continue to be emphasized as the center of air power. The exhibition introduces the history of aircraft carriers of the Imperial Japanese Navy.
Period: Friday, July 7, 2023 – Monday, March 31, 2024
Place: Yamato Hall, 1F, Yamato Museum
Admission: General 800 yen (400 yen) *Periodical admission fee with the permanent exhibition
High school students: 500 yen (300 yen)
Elementary and junior high school students: 300 yen (200 yen)
