【1-Day Event: Dec. 29th】End-of-Year Kyobashi Morning Market in Okayama
The Kyobashi Morning Market is a well-known early morning market in Okayama City that is held once a month, always on the first Sunday of each month. In addition to the monthly markets, there is a special year-end market that is held just prior to the start of the holidays, and this year’s year-end market will be held on December 29th. The market starts early–well before dawn, in fact–and many products sell out quickly, so plan accordingly! The market usually finishes up around 8:00am.
You can buy locally produced fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as lots of already-prepared food items. The market is popular with foodies, cooks and chefs around the cities, and families.
