See CG Fantasy Art by Kazumasa Uchio on Exhibit in Uno, Okayama
This is a must-see exhibit for fans of the Final Fantasy series. Those who watched Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (2001) will undoubtedly recognize the style of art used in sets and backgrounds; much of that art is the work of the fantastic graphic artist Kazumasa Uchio. Mr. Uchio is from Tamano City, Okayama, and recently, his work is sometimes exhibited there. But even so, it’s difficult to catch a showing of his work as he usually only displays in much larger cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama as well as several venues in Europe.
For a limited time, you can catch this exhibit for free!

I'm from the U.S.A., but I've lived longer in Okayama. I'm a sake sommelier, certified by the Sake Sommelier Association in London. I love traveling in Japan, beautifully presented food and desserts, great art, taking photos, hiking and walking, visiting gardens, and spending time with family and friends.
