single bet calculator

OK — been on this thing for about six months now and it's stuck on my phone, reckon I'd say something since a lad on another thread asked me a few days back. I'm UK based, mainly do football and horses, a fiver here and there, just so you know where I'm coming from.

How I found it was honestly pretty stupid — I never could get my head round what an each way return actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. I'd just guess and moan when the payout landed. These days I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

Their single bet calculator is the part I'm on daily — you drop in stake and odds and you get the return with no faffing, fractional or decimal, doesn't matter. There's also the multiples — trebles returns, lucky 15s, patents and yankees, honestly that's where I always mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it's here trixie free bet calculator and it's free with no account nonsense.

What actually shifted things for me were the more serious bits. They've got an implied probability calculator and it makes obvious how much the bookie's taking, and a kelly criterion tool — I stick to fractional kelly because full kelly is far too aggressive. The dutching one is decent when I'm spreading across selections.

Not all sunshine though. The interface is pretty plain — zero frills, it's clearly function over form. Phone-wise it's usable although the bigger tables are a squeeze. And no app, it's browser only — slight shame but worth saying.

Anyway. Free, barely any ads, works. Anyone who even now does the maths on paper, have a look — saved me a fair few dumb bets I'd have regretted.
